la Boutique-Souvenirs
site specific installation, "La Gravette" commercial centre, Floirac, 2009-2010
At the foot of the buildings soon to be demolished, the sponsors ‘bailleur Aquitanis’ rented an unoccupied shop front, which Anne Laure Boyer transformed into the ‘Boutique-Souvenirs’ as installation for her project concerning the moving out and relocation of persons rehoused. Anne Laure asked the individuals moving house to give her objects that they would otherwise have thrown away or sold in order that she could reconstruct progressively an appartment. This was installed in the ‘Boutique-Souvenirs’ sited at the foot of the housing to be demolished.
