By using reverse video techniques, the process of housing demolition is reordered. Rubble rises and reforms structures, appearing as if the buildings are imbued with a life of their own, and the demolition crane becomes an instrument of healing.
Where buildings have been crumbled into chaos, these inversions rebuild in such a way as to show an isolated entity made whole, demonstrating enevitably the human element and man’s capacity for survival.
